"Marissa and Erik have demonstrated through my experience of buying and selling that they are absolutely experts in the buy/sell process, local market dynamics, off-market benefits, but also a trusted resources throughout the ownership process. I had a sewer issue with my rental property, and didn't consider calling them for advice, which ultimately cost me ~$20k more than it should have had I realized I could lean on them as a resource. Any real estate questions I have now get bounced off of them, as their experience is deep and desire to help is authentic. I cannot recommend them enough and am grateful for their guidance and support throughout the process."
